Bar/Bat Mitzvah program

The Bar Mitzvah/Bat Mitzvah year is a time of excitement and anticipation. Sadly, it’s when the absence of the father is deeply felt. ARIM ROSHI aims to fill the void as best as we can by sponsoring the Bar/Bat Mitzvah project.

The goal of this unique project is to help mothers and sons/daughters bond during this special time.

Bar Mitzvah project

The 2-day program includes experiential activities tailored for this age: a chocolate workshop with a delicious outcome, woodworking projects resulting in a splendid creation, a gratifying communications workshop, and rappelling in the Golan Heights Mountains, and more…

What makes this program special is the deep significance it achieves: It’s about attaining self-awareness, learning how to take responsibility, developing confidence, inner strength and confidence while reinforcing the mother-son relationship. The program takes place at the attractive Midreshet HaGolan in Hispin with full accommodations, creating a memorable experience for mother and son.

Bat Mitzvah project

The Bat Mitzvah program is comprised of 6 interactive and exciting workshops where mothers and daughters attain the ultimate bonding experience unique to their relationship.  The girls learn about themselves, achieving tools and insights that will serve them well in the future. The workshops are geared to empower them as they stand on the brink of womanhood by discovering and developing interpersonal, resourceful and creative skills.

Sharing the 2-day journey, which combines the workshops with visits to significant sites in the sublime scenery of the Golan Heights with their mothers, is also a much-needed healing experience for both mother and daughter.

We are here for them, and together, we shall rise. Please donate generously.
